We rely on sponsors to make our mission a reality. Whether you decide to sponsor an event or a child at Christmas, THANK YOU! It takes a village to fill the gaps for families in need and we are grateful to have you as part of ours.

Sponsor & Shopping Instructions
- SIGN UP: Fill out the sponsorship form by October 15th.

- By completing this form you pledge to sponsor a child or children’s Christmas, with a commitment to spend at least $150 per child.
- SHOPPING SHEETS: You will be emailed a shopping sheet for each child by the 1st Friday of November. Shopping sheets include a mix of the child’s needs & wish list items.
- If you haven’t received your shopping sheet(s) by the 1st Friday of November, please email info@sharingandcaringkids.com!
- SHOPPING: This is the MOST fun part! You’re free to shop anywhere you choose. Please balance (as much as you can!) between their needs & wish list items.
- GIFT DROP-OFF: Bring your gifts to the Benton County Fairgrounds during the designated drop-off hours listed on the shopping sheet. The last day for gift drop-offs is typically the 1st Friday of December.
- 2023 DROP-OFF DATES: 11/28-12/1 | 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Corporate SponsorshipWe’ve heard Christmas shopping for kids in need is a fan-favorite team building activity! If your team is interested in using corporate funding, please email thomasb@sharingandcaringkids.com. You may pledge & shop with your own funds OR exchange corporate funding for $150 Prepaid Mastercard Gift Cards per sponsored child & shop. |
