How it works
Four things to know before you shop
- Gifts must be new.
- Leave them unwrapped — parents wrap their own kids’ gifts.
- No bikes, gift cards, or gift receipts.
- Everything gets dropped off in person at the Fairgrounds.

Can’t make the drop-off window?
$150 sponsors a child and our shoppers handle the rest.
Bringing your team
Sign up once as an organization using the form above — one submission, however many children your team wants to sponsor. Split the list among your people, shop on your own time, and drop everything off together.
Using corporate giving dollars? We can convert company funds into $150 prepaid debit cards, one per child, for your team to shop with. No minimum, processed same day. Email Alicia Bunn at aliciab@sharingandcaringkids.com by October 30.
Questions
What's on the shopping list I get?
A Child ID, plus their age, gender, height, weight, clothing and shoe sizes, four things they need, four things they want, and any notes from their family’s interview.
Will I get siblings?
We never split a family between shoppers. If your list includes siblings, you have all of them.
Can I choose the age or gender of the child?
Children are assigned as their families are approved. We’re not able to guarantee requests.
What if I can't follow through?
Tell us as soon as you know. Every child gets covered either way, but early notice makes a real difference.
I don't live nearby. Can I ship gifts to you?
Not directly — the volume is more than we can process. Shoppers outside the area often ship to a local friend or coworker, who bags, labels, and drops off at the Fairgrounds.
Do I get a donation receipt?
Yes. Acknowledgments go out following Distribution Day.
